To enjoy meaningful music-making for all ages.
SAXO ACADEMY prepares students of all ages to enjoy playing the saxophone and other woodwind instruments though individual guided lessons. Our teachers, who are recognised and active performing musicians, plan individual music lessons based on every student’s musical abilities and goals.
Students will also be provided opportunities to attend masterclasses with international artists.
Our lessons can be tailored towards:
Internationally accredited music examinations like
• ABRSM & Trinity etc.
• Pop songs and oldies
• Jazz and improvisation
• Blues & R&B

Through structured lessons, each student will learn to play the saxophone, clarinet or flute to his/her best ability and musical potential.
Students will be trained to read sheet music written in various styles, from classical to jazz and pop.
The inner ear of the student will be developed through listening, singing, and music transcription.
The student will attain understanding of music theory and its application to practical usage in music performance.
Students will be given the opportunity to perform before a live audience, either in-person, public or private performance, or featured through an online, streaming digital platform.
Students will learn to play music with musical understanding, and enjoy music making as a meaningful lifelong hobby or professional endeavour.
