Return & Refund Policy

We do not give refunds and/or exchanges for any items sold, nor accept returns.

Any item received by the customer that is found to have any defect(s) on it can be sent back to us for repairs. In such cases, the customer will have to notify us by email at info@musicelements.com.sg within three days of receiving the item, with photos of the defect(s) attached to it.
